At ChaarBhaiGroup, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Items are eligible for return under the conditions mentioned below.
2. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase or invoice is required.
Custom-made or perishable goods like tiffin services or personalized decor are non-returnable.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
In some cases, store credit or replacement may be offered instead.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed for:
Damaged items received
Wrong items shipped
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, the order will be treated under the return policy guidelines.
8. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
If free shipping was offered, a small fee may be deducted from the refund.
